However, Since the password cannot be used unlike the official version, the photograph of a password screen(Only in OR de TA, it is the photograph of the name entry) is necessary in evidence. Please prepare beforehand.
In addition, the photograph can be seen by IR. (It is linked to time or score.)

公式版と異なりパスワードが利用できない為、記録の証明としてパスワード画面の写真（OR de TAのみネームエントリーの写真）が必要です。あらかじめご用意下さい。

Notice / 注意事項
- いたずら等を防止する為、申請後管理人に承認されるまでIRには反映されません。最低一日に一回はチェックしますが、旅行等に出かけた場合はこの限りではありません。
- 携帯（i-mode等）からの申請は困難と思いますので、メールでの申請も受け付けています。
- パスワードが利用できない為、更新時はハンドルネームのみで判定しています。自身の記録に対する更新で間違いないかどうか、慎重にご判断下さい。
- 同じコース内において同一人物による複数申請は認められません。各コースにつき一人一つのハンドルネームでの申請をお願いします。
- 写真はタイム、スコア、コース等の記録部分の判別が難しいと受付出来ない場合があります。又、パスワード部分は写っていなくてもOKです。
- 写真のサイズが縦横共に640pixより大きい場合、自動的に640pix以内にリサイズされます。尚、ファイルサイズが大きい写真のアップロードは、サーバーの負担が大きくなるので、なるべくご遠慮下さいませ。
- 申請は1時間以内に完了して下さい。1時間を過ぎた場合エラーとなり、最初の入力からやり直しとなります。
Notice / 注意事項 (English)
- For the purpose of preventing mischief, It is not reflected for IR until it is approved after application by a manager. I check at least once a day, but may not check it when I go for trips.
- I accept the application by the email. Because I think that the application from mobile is difficult.
- In the same course, two or more applications by the same person are not accepted. In each course, The number of the handle name which one person can use is one.
- An application may be unable to be received when the part of record of a photograph cannot be clearly seen. In addition, it is OK even if the password part is not included.
- When the size of the photograph has a bigger length and height together than 640pix, it is resized automatically within 640pix. In addition, if possible, please refrain from upload of a too much large size photograph. Because the server machine gets heavy.
- Please complete an application within 1 hour. When it passes over 1 hour, it becomes an error, and it becomes redo from the first input.
